During the hours for which Park Spirit holds the permit for each of its concert events at Elm Park, Park Spirit has jurisdiction over vendors and third-parties establishing themselves in the park. Vendors and third-parties will not be allowed to establish themselves without a contribution to support the event. Following the food vendor standards set forth by Worcester’s Parks Department at the ‘Out to Lunch’ Summer Concert Series on the Common, Park Spirit will offer potential vendors the following contribution option:

$35 per event, with the ability to select any (available) event date.

PLEASE NOTE: To be eligible to be a food vendor, Park Spirit MUST receive a copy of your food vendor's license in advance of the event.

Vendor Fee

Please note payment must be made to Park Spirit by 10am the day of the concert and Park Spirit must be notified of your intent to participate by June 1, 2019 which ensures that we’re able to advertise you’ll be joining us for the event.
